We offer our services to individuals, banks and other financial institutions, state and local administration, manufacturing, trade and service companies, located in Bielsko-Biała and neighboring cities and districts.

Property valuations are prepared in accordance with applicable law and with professional standards of the Polish Federation of Valuers' Associations (PKZW), as well as with international standards (IVSC, TEGoVA).

By customer request, we can also make descriptions in English.

The team consists of:

Urszula Cieślar – company owner, real estate appraiser (professional certification in the field of property valuation No. 5187 issued by the Minister of Infrastructure), a member of the Silesian Association of Valuers.
Graduated from Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and postgraduate studies at the direction "Real estate appraiser" the Economic Academy in Katowice. Completed several courses and professional trainings in property valuation (more in the Certificates tab.) Her professional approach to work ensures quick and careful execution of assigned orders.




Michał Cieślar – graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in Cracow and postgraduate courses:
"Real estate appraiser" - Academy of Economics in Katowice.
"Managing transportation, storage and logistics systems" - Warsaw University of Technology.
Currently, in the course of serving practices in property valuation in the Silesian Association of Valuers.
