The final and exact cost of services is determined in each individual case with the client and depends on the actual workload, which affect, among others following factors:

• uniqueness of the property being valued
• complexity of the legal situation
• processing time
• distance from Bielsko-Biała

In each case we negotiate dates and prices, in particular where the order concerns the valuation of several real estates and in particular real estates which are similar (e.g. the valuation of several apartments in a mansion or other multi-family building; valuation of several plots of a similar localization).
